We are considering switching from company vehicles to personal vehicle allowances on some of our employees.
I would like to see how others are handling this.
A couple questions we are running into is what is the best way to calculate the vehicle allowance so we are treating everyone the same.
Also, can you specify to an employee to have a certain type of equipment, such as a 4x4 pickup.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
