John, I don't know any consultants there, but John Corcoran of the Valley of the Sun Chapter should be able recommend someone from CICPAC in Indiana. You can find his e-mail in the CFMA directory.
Try this from the Indiana DOR:
http://www.in.gov/dor/files/sib60.pdf for sales and use tax. Their corporate income tax is now a unitary factor of sales where some states use 3 factors for apportionment. We will be starting a project there soon ourselves and I also need to catch up on that state.
