I am looking for some input on how other members track equipment damage. We track it and then charge it back to the jobs that caused the damage. This would not include normal wear and tear but actual damage resulting from abuse, misuse, accidents, lack of routine maintenance and such. We are trying to figure the best way to hold the employee responsible for the damage and possibly the supervisors accountable. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Tom
