    For those that might have missed the last two Talking Heavy publications, Preston Ingalls has a great series of articles -  "Leveraging Kotter's Eight-Step Model of Change".  In his first article (November 2019), Preston touches upon why people resist change and then in February 2020 he addresses how to inspire your workforce to embrace change.  Both articles provide great information and well worth your time.  These and all Talking Heavy articles can be accessed in the Publication & Resource section (Newsletter Archive) on the CFMA Website.

    I would like to echo Dave's recommendation. While I'm sure everybody can do a lot work while they are social distancing, you may find you have time to improve your professional knowledge.  If that's the case, these articles are a great place to start.
