Another great issue of Talking Heavy was released in May.  If you have not yet had an opportunity to take a look, it's worth your time.  I found Preston Ingalls' article "Be careful what you wish for" where he addresses the impact of the potential stimulus package on the already short-fall in skilled trade workers, to be very interesting.  I am providing a link to this article below, but be sure to visit the CFMA website to see all of this quarter's terrific articles (including Anirban Basu's quarterly Economic Update).
