    Hi,

     

    We are a specialty flooring company that installs commercial resinous flooring. I'm looking for the best approach to establishing T&M Rates. Do you have a template or process you could share with me, in order to capture all costs related to building your T&M rates?

    Hi Rachel,

    Not sure if this is helpful, but:

    - Attached is a labor rate calculator that two of my clients use

    - Two other calculators were shared by CFMA members in this post.

    There might be other CFMA posts about establishing T&M rates, including the assumptions that link them to the company's overall annual financial plan.
