    Good afternoon- I'm curious what others are doing to easily organize/label/store photos that are being taken out on the jobsites via cell phones by field employees?

    Shawn,

    It sounds like we have the same problem.  We currently use a combination of Microsoft OneDrive and Apple iCloud, but we are working on a better solution.  We are researching Mobile Device Management (MDM) software that will allow us to capture photos from all devices in a central location for sorting, organization and retention.  I'll keep you posted on our progress.

    Attach them to the work order in Sage Service Operations from the phone/tablet. This pushes back into the work order or daily field report in Sage 100 Contractor.

    One of our clients has their field supervisors upload the photos from their cell phones and/or chromebooks directly to a shared Google Drive organized by job #/name and date of production.
