We are looking to purchase an app that pushes Weekly Tool Box Talk training to our field employees I-phones. Ideally, we push topic (which comes from an established app database), they read it, answer a couple of questions that confirms the learning, select their employee and "submit". Then we can track who/who hasn't done their weekly training. In addition, it would be nice if we could submit our own documents for them to read.
Right now we are mailing paper and having them mail/email/fax a sign off of it. This madness needs to stop.
Anyone have a recommendation?
