We are looking for suggestions of either a canned software to work with Sage 300 (without project management) to create subcontracts and purchase orders for our organization. We are looking for a program that allows us flexibility for subcontract specific scope and project specific items as well as allowing us to lock down some language on both subcontract and purchase order as well as workflow routing. We are looking to move to a cloud based system that would use DocuSign to manage contract markups and signature and would ultimately have fully executed subcontracts, purchase orders and their associated change orders available to our field forces and vendors via a cloud based solution. We are open to either a canned software or custom built system. Any suggestions would be helpful.
