OCIP/CCIP in Spectrum

We are trying to determine the best approach as a subcontractor for managing jobs which might be in a CCIP/OCIP arrangement covered by the GC. I know you can go into each phase code on a particular job and flag using a special WC code, but would like to be able to identify the job more at a top level. How are other subcontractors using Spectrum managing jobs for reporting purposes to differentiate the CCIP/OCIP jobs from your other jobs?

    Thank you,

We created a WC class called OCIP/CCIP with a zero rate and then use that under the job master in the payroll setup do that it doesn't charge the job and we can see at a job level easily it is OCIP/CIP.

We also creates a custom field at the job level for general liability OCIP/CCIP that we mark as yes if it is for that too.

We had an OCIP job recently and we just created a WC code specific for OCIP and noted in on the payroll setup tab on the job properties.

Then any phase codes we had for excluded people I'd change the phase detail on those.

    Hope that makes sense?

    Matt -

We have a user defined field that we mark yes if it is OCIP/CCIP. We also set up the overall job to WC code of 0000.
