Linda,We successfully established Viewpoint & Procore integration. The thing we found most important was mapping our our work flow out to clearly see how information would flow. We use Procore to open the job and populate Vista with Contract & Estimate. We also establish all commitments and change events in Procore then migrate to Vista. For the most part we found the only information that should flow from Vista to Procore was the AP and Job costs. Vista populates the available and active vendors as well as pushes our job costs over. This way the accounting function works the same as it would normally and all of the Vista reports still work. Procore is very good at single job inquiries but is bad for multiple job analysis so you'll still need Vista to produce the WIP.Hope this helps and I am available for specific questions.
