Procore & Viewpoint Vista Integration

We are a large contractor in Nashville and our accounting/pm software is Viewpoint Vista.  We purchased Procore ~ 2 years ago.  We also purchased the Ryvit connector and I'm wondering if anyone has had success with the integration?  Specifically, Subcontracts/Purchase orders and Other costs.

We successfully established Viewpoint & Procore integration.  The thing we found most important was mapping our our work flow out to clearly see how information would flow.  We use Procore to open the job and populate Vista with Contract & Estimate.  We also establish all commitments and change events in Procore then migrate to Vista.  For the most part we found the only information that should flow from Vista to Procore was the AP and Job costs.  Vista populates the available and active vendors as well as pushes our job costs over.  This way the accounting function works the same as it would normally and all of the Vista reports still work.  Procore is very good at single job inquiries but is bad for multiple job analysis so you'll still need Vista to produce the WIP.

Hope this helps and I am available for specific questions.

We are currently using Vista with the PM module and are seriously considering moving to Procore to replace the PM module in Vista. We would purchase the financial data connector so that data could flow back and forth.  It is certainly more intuitive to do projections in Procore, but there is currently no bridge from Procore to Vista for this data.  They anticipate it will be built sometime in the future, but it is not calendared.  They have suggested duplicate entry into Vista (clearly this is what we want to eliminate), or an export from Procore and then an import into Vista.  How are you managing the projections at Golden Sands?  Are you doing them in Procore or Vista?  If they are in Procore, how are you dealing with Revenue Recognition etc?
We definitely need this data in Vista because we developed a Revenue Recognition policy and  modified the Projection Report to account for differences between the Owner Contract and the Accounting Contract.  This would also feed our Work in Process report, as well as our Financial Statements.  Have you been able to integrate these items together, and if so, can you share additional information?
I look forward to your response.
