Hello Krystal,Your experiences with process change introduction is very common. Doug and I have faced many of the same challenges during our tenure with our former employer. Yours is tougher and quite possibly more overwhelming due to the number of changes being introduced. My recommendation to realize that you will not win every case initially (nor you would want to). Withdraw strategically when appropriate, then re-introduce the process later using a different format. Invite those who doubt your recommendation to participate in the process change.Krystal, in regards to your inquiry about an experienced accounting professional who could offer assistance on an as needed basis, Doug Hitzemann (firstname.lastname@example.org), our Senior Finance & Accounting Consultant, is available. Doug works from the Minnesota office, and is available to visit your offices if necessary. You can find a brief background on Doug's experiences in the Team section of our website (www.noravand.com).Kindest Regards,Varoujan AdamianPrincipal ConsultantNoravandBurbank, CA(818) email@example.com
