We are using the system, in fits and starts. We are still not fully set with our scorecard, but we do have some metrics. The majority of the financial metrics are monthly, not weekly.
Weekly: Cash balance, Line of Credit balance
Monthly: Revenue per Production FTE and Revenue per FTE, Days in AR, Months in backlog, COGS %, Operating expense %
Non-financial: Bids completed and bids accepted, Client visits, T&M jobs waiting, # of callbacks (warranty work), Injuries.
I am also currently reviewing some KPIs from the CFMA Financial Benchmarking report to use.
We are a union electrical contractor, focused on new construction as well as major building rehabs.
