We are in the beginning stages of reevaluating our current software and I would greatly appreciate any feedback from this group. Information I am hoping for is:
1. What software solution did your previously use?
2. What software did you evaluate during your review?
3. What software did you ultimately select?
4. What were the reasons for your selection of one over another?
5. How happy were you with the transition?
6. How satisfied are you (and your operations folks) with the software post implementation? Is it doing everything that was promised?
Any other insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
