The 2017 tax act created some unique opportunities for pass through entities specifically for New Hampshire corporations. These strategies present a new twist on year end planning that will potentially reduce tax liability while increasing the profit of Companies. Please join us for a panel discussion on these recent changes, how to navigate the 199A deduction and also improve the financial statements.
