About Us

The chapter is dedicated to promoting and facilitating educational programs in order for its members to be at the forefront of the construction industry.  Being able to bring comprehensive, informative and timely information to our members is at the core of CFMA.  Our members are able to foster relationships within the organization in order to gain knowledge from their peers and then take this knowledge to strengthen their own policies and procedures within their respective companies.

In addition to this, the chapter strives to advance the construction industry workplace by annually providing scholarships to those students who are pursuing an undergraduate degree in the field of Accounting or Finance, Engineering, Architecture or Project Management.

Finally, the chapter looks to re-invest in CFMA by including reimbursement in CFMA’s National Conference, the exam for Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals, Spring Creek (a retreat for incoming President’s) and keeping the membership active by offering a free meeting to any prospective member and also to those members who bring in a new member.

Many software companies claim to know exactly what the construction industry needs. However, few of them come close to what United Solutions provides in the form of Sage software products and integrated solutions purpose-built for general contractors, subcontractors, and service specialty businesses.

United Solutions Inc. is a professional services firm built to deliver superior results for you. For over 30 years, we have delivered expert service and advice to over 1,500 construction companies in New England. Put simply, companies like ours cannot remain relevant for over three decades without providing expertise that the industry needs.

As the construction industry has evolved, so has the technology and products offered by Sage. United Solutions now offers solutions that address your needs in: business development, estimating, project management, financial accounting, service operations, project mobility, paperless solutions and business intelligence. This diversity of solutions allows us to pursue new companies anxious to leave older technology platforms, but just as important, it allows us to work with our existing clients to assist them in maximizing their effectiveness both operationally and financially.
