Hi there - In the past year we have gotten three employee referrals that resulted in three new employee hires.  Therefore we want to officially implement an employee referral program as an incentive for our employees to continue to refer new employees to us.  I was just wondering if any other companies in CFMA have such a program, and what your parameters are. 

We were throwing around $1,500 to $2,000 as a referral bonus if the new hire stayed at least six months.  Are we in the ballpark?
