Good Morning CFMA!
We are a commercial fence company located in North Texas. Like many others we have been growing a lot in the last few years and it has been challenging finding good employees to fill these positions. I was curious what venues or where you find employees? Some positions, like accounting, I get a lot of applicants. However, Crew Supervisors, Gate Technicians, Fence Crews, and General Yard labor have been difficult.
We've put ads in Craigslist, Indeed, Our Website, Facebook, Nextdoor, and word of mouth obviously....
I feel like there are some qualified people out there, but we're just not getting in front of them. Any suggestions?
