Agreed. The fees are hard enough to swallow on a monthly basis, but when I'm cutting a check now for the full shot in advance of the service being provided, it makes it all the more unpalatable. Asking for the full shot up front is a thinly veiled price increase. Viewpoint as I used to know it is slowly but consistently disappearing. It's disheartening, for sure. Unfortunately, our IT Manager tells me this is the way the entire software industry is going. Don't you all wish we could bill 100% for our services before we ever set foot on the job-site!?!?
