I'm interested in the same.  I want to revise our PTO policy but wondering what the standard is for the industry and for like-sized subcontractors in the region.

We are a specialty subcontractor based in Oklahoma with 200 employees performing work in OK, TX, FL, GA, and OH.

​Hi folks, my first post here as a new CFMA member...

I wanted to put my name in the hat as well related to employee time-off policies (vacation, sick, leave, FMLA, etc.). Broader than that, I'm actually looking to refresh and document a comprehensive employee handbook/manual.

So along those lines would anyone be willing to circulate and example/reference of their employee time-off policy or broader employee handbook/manual?

Context: We're a commercial glazier / glass contractor with non-union staff operating in the Texas market. Approx. 100 staff with 80 hourly and 20 salaried.

We just updated our PTO policy last year. Attached is an excerpt from our employee handbook (See Section 7.10). We are an open shop specialty trade contractor based in Las Vegas with 450 employees. PTO is only offered to salary personnel (i.e. managers) and administrative staff. Field employees generally do not receive PTO in this market.
