We are in the process of implementing Procore on one of our construction management projects. Our project manager is struggling in how best to setup this project in Procore (i.e. parent job, sub jobs, not-linked to ERP, owner's budget, etc). I would like to find a resource for him to talk to that has gone through this process and understands some of the challanges and opportunities in setting up the project correctly from the start. We have reached out to our Procore representative for a reference, but would like to find a fellow CFMA member that has some experience in this area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
