All employees are eligible to elect health, dental, STD, LTD, life on first day of hire. Those benefits end on day of termination.
They can start contributing to 401K on first day, and ER match starts immediately.
New employees start accruing PTO at a 10 day/yr run rate immediately and can go negative on PTO up to 40 hours as long as they have the ability to make the accrual up in the year (we do have them sign documents saying they need to pay back any negative PTO if they leave)

Our current wait is 90 days but am interested to see what the wait period is with other organizations .
