We are a GC in Middle Tennessee.  We are looking at Procore for construction project management software.  I would like to hear from anyone who uses Procore as to good or bad experiences.  Any input will be appreciated.

We have begun our implementation of ProCore.  We have used PASKR previously and so far the feedback from the PM team is that they are happy and see improvements.

I am a medium sized GC in Maine and I have implemented Procore in the past few months. My PMs love it and I have found the implementation process to be very easy. I keep waiting for there to be a hardship from my team or questions that are difficult to answer and they just haven't come. We previously used expedition and had a number of issues with it.

Deirdre - May  I ask what ERP system you use?  And does Procore tie into it?
Thanks.

We have been implementing Procore for six months with the Sage interface.  Our operations team loves the product and the interface is going very well.  Call me if you would like to discuss 619-233-7900.

We've been using Procore for about 8 months.  We use QuickBooks and the integration has been a challenge, but is on the verge of being fully operational.  Also, no budget on the mobile app.  Otherwise, I think Operations is very happy with it...

Hey Teresa

We use procore and it works well for us, our project management team is happy with it.  it integrates with microsoft project for the scheduling, we use it for communicating with the subs, photo's,  daily logs.  The subcontracts are sent through it to the subs and they are continuously reminded of their outstanding items.

Greetings to all:

We are a current Sage 300 user and launched the Procore integration about a year ago.  Up until now we have been focused more on the field aspects of the software and are really just now starting on the project management side such as budgeting, commitments, etc.  I am curious if anyone is using the Dexter Chaney accounting package.  We are considering converting to this and, given their partnership with Procore, expect to see a more robust integration than what we expect to happen with Sage.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Patrick

We have used Procore for over four years with great success.  Two years ago we committed to building our back office around Procore.  We added Sage 300 integration which is by far my favorite feature as an accountant.   Our project management team has the most up to date financial information that updates automatically every hour.

If you have any questions regarding Procore or the Sage 300 CRE integration I'd be happy to talk to you.  (916)788.4480

We are in the process of implementing Dexter + Chaney / Spectrum Construction Software and just received notice that they will be partnering with ProCore for project management.  We are excited to take a look at what they can offer!
