Has anyone recently switched accounting and project management systems?  If so, what did go with?   Any suggestions of what to look at would be appreciated.  Thanks.

We are migrating from Maxwell to Spectrum (formerly of Dexter Chaney)  I was impressed with the technical capabilities, but since they've been acquired by viewpoint support and customer service seem we've had some challenges.  Hoping it will rectify, but feel free to reach out if you'd like to discuss...

We recently switched to Red Team and couldn't be happier. Red Team is a Project Management software and it integrates with QuickBooks Online for the accounting side. The integration is seamless and the support, for both programs, is outstanding!

    Hi Robert,

We switched to Viewpoint - Vista from CMIC and we really like the Vista platform. I have used Timberline in the past and Vista is more User Friendly than Timberline, Prolog and CMIC.

We switched from Maxwell to Foundation in April of 2016 for our accounting software but not the project management portion. We prepare payroll in house and it's ease of use when it came to that was a driving factor. We are a union employer with 3 different trades working all throughout Michigan with pretty regular work in Indiana and Ohio so it has really cut back on coding employees based on location and pulling in the correct rates. Of course, the process wasn't without issues but overall we are happy with the product!
