We have had the worst experience with ComData. Every month there are unexplained fees on the invoice, in addition we've been charged for interest and late fee payments, despite having ACH with them. They do deduct the money from the account automatically, however, they don't deduct the whole amount; therefore, causing late fees and interest charges. Every month, I am informed that I should see the credit in my next invoice and yet nothing happens & I have encountered additional unexplained fees.
Planning to close the account AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Is there a fuel card program that you would recommend? We need fuel cards for each of the vehicles and need to have monthly reports for job costing purposes.

Sorry to hear the problems you have had.
We have used ComData for a long time and have not had the kind of issues you are describing. Occasionally we there is an issue on an invoice, we contact our Service rep and normally corrected within 3 weeks or less.
I would follow up with your relationship manager. They can do better than you are experiencing.
