Anyone have a recommendation for a vendor to work with for a program combining company-sponsored credit cards with automated expense reporting?

We use Certify which has worked extremely well.  We also looked hard at Concur which tests went well on also but was a bit more expensive based on our frequency of use.

I would recommend Nexonia Expenses.  We've been using it for the past five months for all corporate card and out of pocket transactions.  They company has been great to work with on customizing rules for us and our employees like the phone app for completing their reports.  We use Paylocity for payroll and Nexonia has a nice data transfer of reimbursable expenses to Paylocity.

Lawrence,

Depending on your ERP. I would investigate COMDATA's Expense Management System.  It integrates with most of the popular Construction ERP's.

We use Comdata. We use them for corporate cards and virtual payments. They have their own expense management tool to track the expenses.
If you need more information let me know.

Thank you,

We just decided to go with Tallie after seeing the demo, who is affiliated with Nexonia.  It's pretty cool and integrates with QuickBooks...

We converted to Concur over a year ago and have been pleased with how that streamlined the process.  We use Spectrum by Dexter & Chaney and it integrates well.  We import all the info from Concur (including images) into Spectrum.  We married that with a credit card program out of First National Bank of Omaha and it has worked well together.  You can also link personal cards to Concur (a few of our users do that).  We haven't used a virtual card program yet, but something on our radar.

We looked at other providers including ComData but it seemed Concur had the features that worked best for us.
