The article in Building Profits on Mobile Device Policies came at the right time. I'm in the middle of trying to develop a policy on Cell Phones including BYOD (Bring Your Own Device). Does anyone have a policy that they are willing to share? Or some of the details such as reimbursement amounts and replacement assistance for BYOD users. I'm a big fan of BYOD so we don't have to manage the service, the device, the overages, the replacement, etc. Also, it gets rid of the expense during seasonal layoffs. Most employees have personal devices so it doesn't make alot of sense to have them carry two. I'd appreciate any input.
