We are in the process of evaluating software for our mostly commercial HVAC business. A very important piece for us will be the service management and dispatch modules. We have heard from one Viewpoint user that their field solution isn't ready. Does anyone else have a different view?
Other products we're looking at include Dexter/Cheney & Penta. Opinions about their service modules? Any others we should consider?
