We have fewer employees, two union workforces as well as non-union employees. We also travel outside of our home base so to speak, bringing other union work / wage rules into play. Any time I have entertained outsourcing our payroll to a third party, I have decided against it because there are just too many scenarios to consider when trying to set up a work flow that makes sense. Couple that with a detailed job cost system and it just doesn't seem to be of benefit to outsource.

We are a Heavy Civil GC based in the Northeast with a majority of Union workforce (300 out of 375 employees +/-) and are curious if any of the payroll processing companies out there can handle all the Union requirements.
