This response is from my colleague Colby, who knows much more than me!
We have been with Spectrum for over 20 years and just last month went from On-Prem to Hosted. We have 80 concurrent users, over 1,000 EK users and rely heavily on Invoice Imaging and Infolink data to excel for all accounting and WIP processes. We are a specialized GC who works in remote areas so the internet connectivity was a key concern as we too do work from Hot Spots.
We have a fiber channel into our On-Prem, so we didn't expect much improvement in the field, but we have found that for our field users, the speed and quality of images have increased. The only issue we had was with the SSL certificate. We had a workaround in place which was to update the URL of their homepage because the URL redirect didn't work correctly for us.
We were apprehensive to the Hosted, but now that it is done I am looking forward to focusing a lot more into the BI that is part of the Hosted Services.
