We initiated a recruiting bonus plan 3 months ago where we offered 1,000 to the referring employee as well as the new employee to be paid out at 250 each quarter. We added 22 employees in the first 60 days. All but 3 are still with us.

We developed a 3 payment program to have our field refer quality candidates.
The referring employee receives once the new employee has been with us the required days:
$ 250 after 90 days of employment
$ 250 after 180 days of employment
$ 500 after 1 year of employment
