HSA Employer Contributions Used as a Fringe Benefit

Does anyone use employer funded Health Savings account contributions as a creditable fringe benefit under Davis Bacon?  We believe they are creditable, but would like to double check.

I believe there is Davis Bacon webinar today! It might be a good place to ask that question? I do not know the answer.

    Hi,

Employer funded HSA contributions are absolutely considered a Bona Fide benefit.  We have used them for many our clients for years.

The problem with the webinar today is that it is my understanding that the ABC Trust is an insurance solution.  Therefore everything looks like an insurance solution to them.  It's overly simplistic and doesn't address benefits like paid-time-off, training, supplemental unemployment, etc.

I have a conflict of interest so take it for what its worth.  I will listen in on the webinar today.

Attached is a whitepaper I have written that you might find helpful.

    Good luck
