    Yes, we started outsourcing with Payroll4construction two years ago and it's been great.  P4C is an offshoot of Foundation Software, which is our main ERP.  It's been great.  Tried it with a traditional payroll processor, Paycom, about 5 years ago and it was a disaster.  Not sure how, or if, P4C, would work if you are not using Foundation as your primary ERP.  I think Foundation's main package is great as well.

    hey group,

    definitely check out HKA Enterprises for payroll processing platform they deliver to the market.  there isn't another one that offers the following all in one platform:

    -  payroll processing
    -  hr admin + backoffice reporting
    -  health insurance + benefits are available (at large employer pricing)
    -  Rate Pricing Benefit (large employer discount and experience (WC,SUTA, etc..))
    -  payroll funding (this is not factoring. they  actually will pay your payroll up to the first 4 weeks upon signing up.  You dont pay them back until the end of the payrolling agreement (1,3, or 5 yr agreements).

    HKA focuses on technical craft, construction, and engineering markets.
    Their onboarding time (start to finish) is less than 30 days

    I have worked with several companies that sell HCM, or human capital management, software including payroll/HR functions. There are a lot of different things to look at from choosing a vendor. If you would like to have a quick call, I can give you some insight on what I learned while in the industry that could help.

    I'm no longer in the payroll, HR, or administration software industry, and I do not receive any compensation for referring partners, but I know how hard it can be to understand what is "the sales pitch" vs "the actual product and follow thru"
