Certify and Sage 300 CRE

Our Bank offered us an expense management solution called Certify.

We are highly interested in this product and are looking to test it with Sage.  They are requesting an invoice upload template, which I know you can get the field requirements in the AP Module, but has anyone dealt with this?  If so, do you have a template we could look over?

    Appreciate everyone's time.

    Dustin,

You did not state what Sage product you have. In most cases you can get the import specification and sample fie form you AP help.

As it says in the headline we have Sage 300 CRE.  I know you can get the specs from the AP Module, but wanted to see a template someone already has created.

    Dustin,

Sorry missed the heading.  I have a template attached. The template is only a guide.  The import file contains potentially three sections each having there own layout in a single file.   The Invoice has header and distribution data.  Distribution can also have payment information and check details. Depending on how Certify will deliver the data to you it might be easier to take what they deliver and convert it with a crystal report for importing.  Good luck

I appreciate the file, but I know I can get this from the import section in AP.  I refereed to this as the field requirement spec sheet in AP.  I need an actual template that someone from a company that uses Certify in order to see the flow and attempt to test for our company.
