Has anyone had any experience with adding a WACC( a % charge to account for the cost of working capital) fee to jobs that are underbilled? Obviously, the goal would be to encourage more promptly billing of jobs. The drive for this goal would be the charge going back to the job. Currently, there is no penalty for this type of behavior.
