I am looking into how to determine the appropriate number of FTEs in a construction company internal audit function. if anyone has any write ups, white papers, etc., I would appreciate getting them. Alternatively, as an informal survey, if anyone with an IA function would be willing to share their FTE metrics, ex. 1 IA FTE for every X amount of employees or dollars of revenue, that would also be appreciated. Thanks.
